PURCHASES MADE ONLINE: 

New, unworn items with tags can be returned for a store credit only of which shipping costs are not applicable. Notify us regarding any returns at info@dandelionnj.com within 7 days from the receipt of your item for further instructions on returns. 

ALL sale items, hats, body/skin care, bodysuits, gift cards, sale items, custom orders, & earrings are final sale. 

Due to high demand of some products, exchanges may or may not be available.

When shipping back your item for store credit it must be received WITHIN 30 DAYS from the receipt date of your item.

Store credit codes are valid for 60 days

as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship.

Dandelion Boutique cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged items and these will be returned at the buyers expense.
